In the fifth and sixth stages of creation marine, bird and animal life appeared on the earth.

 Below the whale (19) is an amphipod or small aquatic crustacean, a prototype of a lobster and several groups of figures representing microscopic plankton.

There is a giant manta ray (20), a depiction of diatoms, tiny water plants (21) as seen under the microscope, showing jewel-like, flower-like and head-like patterns.

They are called the grass of the sea meadows and are the basic unit in the food supply of marine life. Below the ferny plants (22) is a close-up view of coral. The growth of coral, particularly in the Pacific, is another means by which land is formed
